I checked you log:
during the regeneration, for the first 14 minutes the gas temperature never goes above 400°C that is a very low temperature for the regeneration process. Consequently the "soot mass calculated" decreases very low.
After that I see the temperature reaching 500-550 °C and the soot starts to decrease a little, then the readings are spaced by many minutes and in only 3 rows the regeneration finishes apparently ok with correct values.
It's a little strange.
Globally the process seems ok, just a little slow, maybe due to a slow start with low temperatures.
The differential pressure maximum value seems low compared to my engine. With my DETA TDI I can see values above 400 hPa versus 71 hPa maximum of your engine, but I'm not really sure the 2 values are comparable if coming from different engines.
