Unfortunately I don't have feedback about DBKA, I received some request in last year but after my advise, I didn't receive any further confirmation.
So the advise it the same also for you: the only way is to try using the free app changing every engine group in the options. If some of them let you read the parameters, then we can decide what's the best group. If you need help, you can post the screenshot here.
