Hi,
I have just got a 2021 amarok and I was trying the free version before buying the full version. It appears to connect ok, green Bluetooth symbol. But I cannot see any data. I tried all the engine type settings but no change. I the the engine type is DDXE. Should this work ?

Thanks for any help or advice
Andrew

I don't have data about your engine and no reports from users.
If no engine groups works with it, I can assume it's similar to the new TDI engines launched with Golf 8 etc that have a new diagnostic setup.
I'm working to make these new engines compatible, but I need to have a car to be tested and I'm actually locked down for the Covid.
I don't know if DDXE shares the same parameter setup, but you could verify when I'll release that update.

Hello,
I am also writing about a problem that I assume is related to the type of engine: I have a T-Roc MY2021, 2.0 TDI, 4Motion, the engine identification number is "DTT", when I start the free app with Carista, the symbol in high in the app of the car remains yellow and does not allow me to see the data, can you help me?

It's a problem related to the new TDI engines, their protocol has something different that makes the app not working.
I'm working on this issue and I'm waiting to find a car for test near to me.

Just an update. I got this ELM adapter (https://obd2australia.com.au/product/ob ... yQQAvD_BwE)

and works with both free and paid version of the App. HAve not tried all engine type settings as yet but it worked with group 7 for some reason..

hope this helps others.
