Hi all, i have recently had my car emissions roll back performed and a remap at the same, since having the roll back and remap done my soot my measured soot levels have gone up drastically with regens more often and at lower miles. Is this the sign of a bad remap where its producing to much soot which is being caught in the dpf?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Personally I think no. What you see is a temporary ECU behavior due to the learned values missing, I think. A map change usually erases all the learned values included the DPF statistics, so the ECU starts to learn them again and in this phase, like for a new car, the regenerations start more frequently. After some thousands kms the regeneration frequency should come back to normal values.
