Crlb engine Dpf regeneration

Post by Hercules » Sat Dec 07, 2024 4:16 pm

Hello im a new member on the forum but im using premium Vag dpf since 2020.
I got an Audi a3 8v 2015 crlb motor with the 150ps/110kw i had some problems before 5 months the dpf started to regenerate from 300-400km to 150km and at the end every 30km.
I went to garage before 3 weeks and they told me that the O2 sensor after kat was damaged heating element wasn't working and they changed it. After i took the car from garage i tested with the Vag app and i see something strange the car before the garage regenerates and i had oil ash residue 51.3gram after dpf regen 2 later days i took the car from garage and i saw car got after dpf regen 46.06gramm and now i see 0.0 grams.
Did they reset the values?

It seems they reset the DPF parameters, but it's a procedure to be used when you replace the PDF filter or when you remove, clean and reinstall it.

Resetting the values keeping the same filter can be dangerous because in a long term you'll use a completely clogged filter while the ECU doesn't know that.

I strongly advise you to ask for details to the garage.
