Hi
I have been using this app for nearly a year and it has worked really well but now it will only connect to Bluetooth but will not read the engine
I have tried removing the app and reinstalling to no avail
I have loaded the lite version on my wife's mobile
And this works which proves the odb reader is functioning.
Any ideas
Cheers

I can use the torque app with the a3 as usual but I am unable to use the dpf app why is this??
It used to work great I haven't done anything
Has my subscription run out?? Is this what's stopping me use it
It's not a year yet !!

Can you send here more details about the issue? It can be useful to know where exactly the app stops to work and if it raises an error message. Also a screenshot can be useful.
So the app stops working using the same device and the same app release version? Suddenly from a day to another?

Hi sorry
Not been around for a while
I have uninstalled the app several times to no avail.
I have installed the lite app on my wife's phone and it connects perfectly.
However when I try to connect my phone the Bluetooth icon is correct abs then it says unable to connect and goes red and that is it
I really don't know what to do.

What's your device brand?

I received many feedback about chinese brands like Xiaomy and Huawei that not working with the app when different devices, while using same adapter and sme car, everything works fine.
After some investigation in the past, I found that those brands often customize the bluetooth stack making it very difficult to be used by other devices like cars hands-free of headsets. I suspect this can be the reason, but I didn't find any workaround in support pages and I can't make test without that smartphone in my hand.
