Procentage bar always showing 5%. Last regeneration over 6k km ago. Obd2 receiver Carista. Can someone advice please. I've been changing ECU groups and it's still same.

Maybe you have Dpf OFF ... If you have always the same thing...
At least the distance need to bee different if you travel with your car...
Try to see the parameters with Vcds , Obd11 or other universal interface...

I agree, this is the common behavior of a DPF switched off during ECU chip tuning.

You can have the confirmation using VCDS or another official diagnostic tester (bosch or similar).
