Missing main info

Could someone please help, my 1.6tdi although hits 600° it won't regenerate, plus the app shows no info across the top and soot mass never changes.
ECU & info: PCR 2.1 1.6tdi cr polo, Android 12

There's something wrong in the data reading.
Try to set another engine group in the options menu, the CAYC 1.6 TDI has more than one group depending on the software version, but I didn't tested all of them so the automatic group seleciton could be not 100% reliable.

Thank you. I have changed groups from ECU to group 6 still a no show any ideas what the (err message is) in red.
I get to 600f+ and the dpf stays sliver never seen it go red .

Try all other groups, maybe some of them gives you more data.
