Did you already tried different engine groups? You can manually select it in the options menu.
Is this a fresh install or the issue depends on the last release update?

Tengo el mismo problema en un VW TIGUAN 2017 2.0 TD1 190CV.
Ha funcionado perfectamente durante más de 1 año y ahora después de la actualización falla.
Cambiando los canales sigue sin funcionar.
Alguna solución?

The solution should be the same: set the right engine group 12 or 14 in the options menu.
It seems that DFHA engines are affected by this issue of last app update while other engines work fine.
I didn't understand the reason, but we have this workaround.
