Appgallery Huawei store

Hi, at 16 January 2023 a buy the Vag DPF pro from appgallery for 4,5euros, from firts app can't install to my phone, after two days the app was removed from appgallery store. I see the Bayer name was apppro1111 and a think maybe was scammer... Do you know anything about the application at appgallery?
It's not about the money a have buy the app from Google store some years ago and a have it via Gspace...

I know that illegal seller, I noticed the presence of the app in the Huawei store and I immediately contacted the Huawei support to remove it.
It was a cloned app, I neve added my app to that store.

Unfortunately the app publishing isn't under control, everyone can add a fake or cloned app.
I contact again the huawei support, thanks.
