I am going tobe cleaning my dpf with additive direct through pressure sensor feed as car regening to much but no lights or warnings yet .
I am a tad concerned about back pressure as the DPF sits quite high up close to the engine so I wondered if disconnecting the MAF when doing the clean would shut down EGR reducing backflow risks????
Usually cars revert to there standard settings when MAF disconnected and I know they can run a bit richer to.
Any advice or info is greatly appreciated and thank you for reading
