CKDA was launched in 2011, it's possible it uses the last diagnostic protocol. In my experience I've seen that cars since about 2010-2011 use the last protocol.
With last protocol there are high possibilities the app works, but it's impossibile to know this without a real test in car.
Can you try the free app using a good ELM327 adapter? If the connection can be estabilished and you can read the engine data at the bottom of the screen, we're in the right way.

Good! This means your engine uses the last diagnostic protocol.
Now you should try every engine group available in the options menu and check is one or more of them is able to read the parameters. Let me know the results so I can evaluate which one can be the best group for you.

No luck, tried all of 15 groups and always no reading. Maybe its due to the fact that this engine has 2 dpf's? Maybe if I send you data from vcds, it will help?

Probably yes, if your engine has a completely different architecture, the DPF ECU requests could be completely different from those present in the groups of the app.

A scan with VCDS or any other program can't help me because I couldn't see the raw CANBUS data.
I should scan an ECU using my instruments, but I'd need a car physically available for test.
I'm always waiting for new car bought by my friends, but I think it's unlikely they'll come with a 4 liters TDI ... I think we have to wait for a support request from an user near to me with that engine.
