Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
App modified, but before to release I need some infos: Your log is strange because I see answers to the commands requesting the ECU data, the text you should see at the bottom of the screen, but I don't see anything in your picture. It seems that your ELM cuts the answers to the first row only inste...

Re: Audi DEWA 3.0 TDI
This is the first request for DEWA engine and I don't have information about it.
Other 3.0 TDI engines are in the groups:
2 = CLAB
7 = CAPA, CCWA
11 = CDUD, CDUC
16 = CRTD
17 = CRCA, CGQB
Anyway you can try every group available and check what's the best.

Re: Audi q3 2013 CFGD
Usually I add the oil ash in grams because it's more precise, but I can do it only if the parameter is available in the ECU.
When I find the value in liters only, I can only add it.
Anyway there is a fixed ratio of 400 between grams and liters, if you want to convert.

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
After checking your last logs, I've realized that some ECU uses the 29bit and 11bit init mixed together, so some PIDs require 11bit and some other 29bit init in the same ECU. I need to modify the app introducing another beta group according this news, but I'll probably also remove all the checks in ...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
Please let know when will be ready, to test it. Thank you 3.38.12 is available Your log reveals a different ECU ID, it probably requires a new beta profile. I need to analyze it. I see 4 different initialization, you confirm? First 2 without success, the last 2 contain answers from the ECU but the ...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
Your engine seems to respond using the 11bit id protocol.
You should try any other engine group but not the 97 beta.
If you can find the engine code I can be more precise, anyway try every engine group from 1 to 22 and let me know.

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
No problems to share, no personal data there https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iNvL6LcSefgvQozxj3BV0nAI2U09PC-3/view?usp=drivesdk Found something not correct in the init commands: your adapter rejects an AT initialization command because it probably doesn't have an ELM firmware at least v2.0, requir...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
I checked again and I confirm that your ECUs respond using the standard 11bit ID, so your engine group can't be the beta we're styding. What happens if you try another group? What's the error message? If it doesn't work I can't exclude an adapter quality issue. As you can see in the previous messag...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
Super!!! This is the feedback I was hoping for Let me know if you find issues using the app. Your engine seems to respond with the 11bit canID, did you already try using the other engine groups? Your picture is probably a part of the entire error message only, can you check again? The easier way to...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
This is a super good news! The app can talk with the ECU using the 29bit initialization protocol, at least to receive the engine type and sw/hw version. Unfortunately no DPF data can be read and I have to understand if there's an error in the code or maybe the setup for DTTC is completely different ...

Re: Slow regens and output temp much higher than imput
Many factors concurr to increase/decrease the mileage between regens. The most important value the ECU uses is the differential pressure, but the DPF filling speed depends mainly on the driving style and consequently on the gas temperature. Driving in highway at constant high speed allows high gas t...
