Usually the very low cost adapters work only with apps that use the OBD protocol only with common PID requests, like Torque.
VAG DPF requires a good quality adapter to manage a more complicated set of requests.

Re: Newbe here with some questions.
It depends on the driving style, but in the worst case (driving always in city) you should have at least 200 km more or less between regenerations.
A medium value can be 250-300 km.

Re: time since last regen min
I know this situation, it happens also to me very often driving in city.
My experience with filter additive is the same: the result was worse than expected so I never used it again.

Re: Motor DEUA
The low quality of the adapter could be the reason why you can't connect.
If you want, you should try a good adapter like "Carista" or "Vgate iCar 2 bluetoot"

Re: What does low EGR mean
Yes, the pre-injections and post-injections add more fuel to the main injection. The value you see in the app is the quantity added for every combustion cycle. In the normal condition, these additional injections are used to reduce emissions and reduce engine noise. During the regeneration process, ...

Re: What does low EGR mean
The injectors are the same used for the normal injections (one for every cylinder) but they can be commanded more than one time for cycle: you have the main injection containing the fuel quantity required by the accelerator, moreover the ECU can command up to 3 pre-injections and up to 3 post-inject...

Re: Newbe here with some questions.
The parameters are ok, but with a static picture it's impossibile to understand if your PDF works correctly. Using the app regularly you can check if the regeneration process follows the common behavior, for example you can check if the input gas temperature reaches at least 550-600° during the rege...

Re: Motor DEUA
Sorry I didn't know that I had to write in English, sorry, in the playstore I don't get the deua engine, however there are people who if they get the same app, in group 14 of the app they get the deua engine and me no. You're right, the play store page doesn't include the DEUA engine, but it's corr...

Re: What does low EGR mean
The value means the injected quantity for every engine combustion cycle (stroke). The pre and post injections are used in modern engines to control the noise and to reduce pollution, but also to start and maintain the regeneration burning process. Especially the post injection 2 and 3 are dedicated ...

Re: What does low EGR mean
I checked you log: during the regeneration, for the first 14 minutes the gas temperature never goes above 400°C that is a very low temperature for the regeneration process. Consequently the "soot mass calculated" decreases very low. After that I see the temperature reaching 500-550 °C and the soot s...

Re: Slow Regen Seat Leon CRLB
In the SSP608 there is the CRLB engine and I see also the exhaust gas temperature sensor 4 that is placed right after the DPF.
It should be called sensor G648 and the value can be read, as you said.
Why do you think is isn't present?

Good! For the automatic update you simply have to tap on the dpf filter image. You can also enable this function to be already on after the Bluetooth connection, see in the options menu. If you want to make some log while driving, then send me the log file so I can analyze it and if everything will ...

Re: What does low EGR mean
If the engine ins't in the supported engine list, there are 2 possibilities: the engine has been tested and it's not supported or it hasn't been tested. In your case is the second option. In your picture I see that all parameters are read correctly but the EGR value. You should try to manually chang...

Re: Help with PIDS & Equations
Every parameter has its own formula, ok many of them share the same formula but to understand it I spent many hours/days/weeks in reverse engineering.
Of course this is a core part of the application that I can't share.
