Re: Android AUTO - official discussion
I did have a chance to check the behavior extensively today and these are my findings (in Skoda Kodiaq II 2024): - the number of active fields doesn't make any difference (it's the same no matter if only 3 or all 12 are active) - if the vehicle is parked or stationary the app can be always started e...

Yea I totally get it must tiring and a neverending job to keep the app alive and for the record I think you did amazing job introducing new features and improving this app which I find genuinely useful, so thank your very much for all your work! Re: Android AUTO - official discussion
Ok thank you for the info, I didn't notice as I never really used it on the infotainment before as it required to start it on the phone anyway. But I guess it's good as there is still a chance it can be fixed. And btw. admin, if there is a chance to implement a feature that will allow to disconnect ...

Re: Android AUTO - official discussion
Confirming that the so can now be started from the infotainment which is great! However, as clodi says, no data will display when the vehicle is in motion, in that case only the warning message will appear. As soon as you stop though (e.g. on red light or the crossroad) the data will display normall...

Re: Android AUTO - official discussion
Thanks a lot for all the effort you put into this! For me nothing happens on the mobile screen when pressing Connect on the Android Auto screen. That's with Vivo X300 Ultra/Androids 16. If there is anything I can do to help diagnose the issue just let me know.

Re: Android AUTO - official discussion
Can confirm that nothing happens when pressing the Connect button from Android Auto infotainment screen in the latest version. But I'm happy to see that the annoying error message that appeared every time when connecting from the phone is not present anymore.

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
It behaves the same way in my Škoda Kodiaq II 2024, there is always error message at the start but then everything works just fine. I think this was introduced with one of the previous versions as in the beginning when the 29-bit protocol was first introduced there was no error message at the start.

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
Super!!! This is the feedback I was hoping for Let me know if you find issues using the app Seems to be working like a charm, yesterday regeneration occurred (with these engines it's happening every 200-300 km) and everything went just fine. I will keep an eye on it and post if I have any useful fe...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
I did another test with new version of the app and same car/engine - Skoda Kodiaq II (2024) with 2.0 TDI 142kW engine code: DXNB - and attaching screenshot and text of the results (text is from OCR, I corrected whatever error I was able to spot but there might be some mistake left): 4154505046464F46...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol
Hello, I have Skoda Kodiaq II (2024) with 2.0 TDI 142kW engine, code: DXNB Today I tried the new beta 97 option/29bit protocol and the communication didn't work. For some reason there was no log saved even if it's allowed and configured accordingly, perhaps something to do with Android 14 and the ro...
