I think it depends on the screen vertical size, because in a common car display, the lines will be 3 as I experimented during the development.
But I could add the list layout as an option for very large screens, I'll make some test with the emulator.

The hourglass was a little misleading, the ECU text is clearer since the icon appears when the ECU wants to start the regeneration or paused it waiting for better conditions to restart.

I'm currently stick waiting for google to solve an issue in android auto server that deny all developer apps to be launched on the android auto test HUD, also using developer mode.
