Re: app connected but no data

After the initialization connection, the app can start reading the parameters if you selected the related option, or enable the REFRESH button to let you update manually. I see in your picture the REFRESH button disabled, this means that the app is stuck waiting for some confirmation from the ELM ad...

Re: Not recognized / Add CKRA Engine R4 2.0L TDI

One user confirmed me by email that the engine works, but without telling me the used gruop.
Anyway, you can try all engine groups, probably one of them is good for your engine.
Let me know what you find.

Re: DGTE engine partially supported

I confirm, engines with NOx filter have little short regenerations to reduce that value. They are very short and normally you don't notice them. With the app you can suddenly see a temporary temperatures increasing with some post injections and, with the NOx value visible, you will see the NOx decre...

Re: DPF PROBLEMS 1.6 tdi CXXB

Unfortunately the differential pressure value wasn't available when I tested the CXXB engine in 2017, this is the reason why it isn't present, as already explained by email. Anyway I'm trying to find new information about it. The post injections must be present for sure during the regeneration becau...

Re: Audi SQ7 CZAC engine code

You can make some test by playing with the "field regeneration limit" parameter that lets you change the value corresponding to the 100% filling. It's happened many times that a 30 grams value is the correct one, in fact I added that option just for those cases. Anyway try and let me know what's the...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol

My apologize, I've been very busy for other problems in last 2 weeks. I'm going to work on the app in next days, the changes have been already implemented, I need just some test before to publish. I wanted to add an auto-select function reading from the ecu, but it requires more days so I decided to...

Re: Alhambra DFMA

I don't have any comment or request about it, you're the first. It isn't supported, but you can try the existing engine groups, probably with one of them you can read the parameters. Pay attention to the adapter, the low cost dongles don't work with the app because they don't fully support the ELM32...

Re: DGTE engine partially supported

Hello, in my database the "nox sulfur charge" value seems to remain always zero with some ECU software version. At the moment I don't have positive feedback for all sw versions, so it remains partially supported.

Re: Round arrow flashing green/red

I confirm it's a bug and it's going to be corrected in the next release.
It's related to the car mileage reading that raises an error instead of skipping it when the parameter isn't available in the engine ECU.

Re: Caddy - Weird results

I mean risk of fire. The standard ECU management is full of safety routines to avoid fire, also in case of sensor or system failures. An example is the forced regeneration after a fixed amount of minutes or km, regardless of all the sensor values. This prevents the clogging of the filter that can pr...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol

Here's a screenshot Thanks! Did you voluntarily disable the soot mass measured field? Maybe you clicked on it without meaning to? After this feedback I think I have to change the commands sequence to avoid the error after the 0100 request. This should remove the error popup for the supported 29-bit...

Re: DPF warning light

My only advise is to do a full diagnostic check, if possibile in an official service to be sure of the results.
The app can only show you the parameters value, but it isn't for detailed diagnostic and most important, it doesn't read the ECU errors.

Re: Audi SQ7 CZAC engine code

No feedback about this engine, I'm sorry.
Anyway you can try every existing group, maybe some of them is ok for your engine. Also using the free app, just to check that the communication is ok ans some parameter can be read.

Let me know the results

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol

So did you test with a different adapter? Yes, but i have problem with automatically refresh, as I wrote I see you enabled the saving of the log file, can you share that file? I don't find it... The first time you enable the logging, the app asks you the permissions to save the file and the folder ...

Re: Caddy - Weird results

The common behavior is that the app can read data with reasonable values or can't read the data showing nd. It's very rare to see a fixed value, while sometimes it happens to read too high or too low values due to a wrong calculation formula. I'm not an expert of chip tuning or DPF removal, but in t...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol

I own the K903 that worked fine with my old car, but using the 11bit id protocol.
Never used with new beta 29bit id protocol, but it should work I think.

Another good adapter is the Carista one, but it's more expensive.

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol

I use this ELM I own exactly the same adapter, at least the same external case, and it doesn't work with my car. It often refuses to manage a multi line can packets adding NO DATA in the second line. It's a very low quality adapter, it works only with OBD2 protocol with 2-bytes PIDs and single line...

Re: BETA test for 29bit init protocol

Still not working, but using the 29bit ID (protocol 7 for ELM) your ECU replies always with CAN ERROR while using the 11bit ID (protocol 6 for ELM) the ECU replies sometime with a correct answer and sometime with the error of "serviceNotSupported". So the 29bit ID is wrong for sure, but I don't und...
