“VAG DPF” Application: PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application VAG DPF (“Application”) for Android mobile devices that was created by Daaren Fonloil of ApplagApp team. The Application is a diagnostic tester reader for cars focused on DPF-filter data information. 

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

The Application doesn’t require any kind or registration, you don’t have to provide your personal information to use it.

Automatically Collected Information

The Application preferences are stored in the internal device storage; the preferences are deleted if you uninstall the Application from the device.

The Application, following your explicit request enabling the related command, may save, in the internal storage of your mobile device, a log file of the parameters read from the engine ECU with the save date/time; the log file is not deleted if you uninstall the Application from the device.

All the collected data won’t be never automatically shared online.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. 

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The information obtained by the Application remains in the device storage only, no third parties can see it or access to it.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You can always check the latest Privacy Policy opening this web link that is accessible also from the Application options menu.
